from the ps3 i got banned or will i get banned on my new ps3?

No they haven't, only the account that was hacked. Idk why that guy above me is being a dick.
So your new PS3 won't get banned.

Treyarch banned you according to your mac address so even with a new ps3 nothing will change unless you change your mac address Happy

Actually, some of these are not true. I had a legit account on my ps3, I got console banned. My friend came over with his ps3 and I tried playing on my legit account and I could play online. He never got banned.
So as long as it's legit then you can still play on a new ps3.
