You will need a CT that already has prestige and around 10000 COD points. (Not quite sure how much it costs)
If you don't know how to prestige in CT here is a tut

(Any prestige can be used)

1) Get a friend to invite you into his/her PLAYER MATCH
2) Now go to "Playercard" "Leaderboards" "Prestige Leaderboards" then hover over "Just show me the leaderboard already" but don't click it.
3) Get your friend to switch to "Combat training"
4) Now wait around 5 sec and press X (ps3) or A (xbox) and then press the back buttom
6) Now go to "Edit Playercard" and then buy the prestige background or emblem and SELECT it as your background
7) When you go to player match you will have the background.

Note: To get 15 prestige background or emblem you need to be 15 prestige in CT. (Duh)

Note: When you go to playercard it just says that it's locked :banhamma: But you still have it
