Unless some genius finds out an unban method that will not get you banned off PS3 entirely. So anyway, want to play black ops multiplayer, but don't want to buy another PS3? Then do this:
**YOU NEED TO HAVE TWO NETWORK CARDS OR A ROUTER/HUB FOR THIS TO WORK
1. Get XLink Kai 7.3.1.7 (You must login or register to view this content.) *IT HAS TO BE 7.3 BECAUSE THE NEW VERSION IS GLITCHED AND DOESN'T SUPPORT PS3*
2. Install.
2a. (WINDOWS VISTA/7 ONLY) Once done installing, right click 'configure kai' and press 'Properties'. Go to 'Compatibility' tab and press the drop down menu that says 'Run this program in compatibility with' and select Windows XP Service Pack 2. Also, check the box that says 'Run as administrator'
3. Make sure your ports are open, and that firewall isn't blocking Xlink, and sync your PS3 with the network card that's on the computer running Xlink. Or if you have a router you're all set, just make sure it's configure to run with your PS3.
4. Go to xLink, and click on the magnifying glas. There, you should see this:
Network Reachable: Yes
Network Card: Locked
4. Start xlink, and after xlink starts, you may start your PS3
6. On your PS3 you should get a DNS error, that means you are on the right track.
7. Go back to Xlink and click the small folder icon in Diagnostics Mode
8. Once there, you should see your PS3's MAC highlighted in blue. (If it's in red, your PS3 and network card/router are not configured properly)
9. You're good to go, now, delete the Black Ops patch (not really necessary) and go to Multiplayer>Local>LAN and find a game!

Well it's not actually an unban method, it's just a way to play black ops online.

It's been posted many times, I even tried this myself but it's pointless because there's only a handful of people on there.

How long does this stick?

Exactly the reason I'm posting this, to get more people playing.

Yeah I support this 100% and I'm glad he's getting the word out because we have the possibility of a small community playing games online which is pretty cool. You may not be on the official servers but hey, you can play online with other people that hate treyarch as you do XD so why not??
