Buying a new hardrive will not get you unbanned otherwise it would be an easy fix and there would be tons of threads on that.

Are you on crack? Make an new account and play zombies, but i heard it only bans you from the MULTIPLAYER servers as zombies is on an completely different server, and buying a new hard drive just for zombies? I wish i was rich.

if it was as simple as replacing your hd, there wouldn't be 50 threads crying about how black ops sucks because they got banned.
