Can they detect modded eboot? Do they look at stats, recent games, etc.? Also, I have bought another ps3(not for BO of course). If I put my modded main account on it & boost my way to legit stats, do you think I would get banned? If so, how likely? What if I simply just put the account on my ps3 and never play BO on it?

NO if you buy a new ps3 and use your legit account you wont get banned trust me

You get banned through your psid which shows up to treyarch whenever you play their game. notice you can log on multiplayer for a sec then you get the error? Well it detects your ps3id

Yep as said above, your legit account will work. The only account that is actually banned on your banned PS3 is your hacked account. Console IDs are unique for every PS3. Thus new hardware solves the problem if you play with a legit account, even if it was previously linked to the banned console. You must login or register to view this content.
