(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is it true when you delete your black ops patch in CFW 3.55 and then u update to 3.66 will unban you?

If so i already updated to 3.56 and can i go back to 3.55 by going to recovery mode?

First, wrong section. Second, deleting the Black Ops patch before you update to 3.56 will NOT work i tried it and still got banned. And third, you cannot downgrade.
