honestly they think people will pay 100$ dollars for the prestige edition. But they are wrong. They are fuckin retarded in my opinion.

£60 pounds i payed for the hardened, my friend payed £120 for the prestige. Its worth it.

Because they want to sell every prestige edition first, it has to be sold out.... It's getting there, there almost all gone. When they are sold out they might, sorry idk they never say anything about it. My friend paid $150 and I got it from him, it's a crazy ass price but thats what we get for not buying hardened edition for $80. $150 is nuts but i would of paid it because I love the maps that much and have no patience, they made us wait months anyways, well worth it.

It will be one day. MW2 came with COD1 and I saw that you can download that now for 1200 points when I was getting Castilvania HD. So I dont know how long it took but im assumeing W@W maps will be availible eventualy when people stop buying the hardend/perstige editions. (most people who buy those now probobly already have the game so people are paying 80$ for the maps now)

I bought the hardened edition because it was only €5 more than the regular edition.. They probably will be released in the near future though...

The only problem I would have with them making it DLC, is that that's the only reason I bought the hardened edition. I wouldn't want them selling it for 10-15 dollars, because I would've basically wasted my money on the hardened considering I paid $80 for it. Still I would enjoy playing it with the majority of my friends rather than a few that own hardened/prestige.
