No, u wont be banned. But this glitch has been posted plenty before.
Also i've done this glitch, and ur not able to shoot outside, so incase ure going to try this online u wont be able to kill anybody

Reason being that you cannot shoot upward from the ground is because the way the map is designed. It appears as though the 3d modeler used single-sided planes rather than double (for map file size purposes/load time).

Double Sided planes, Im assuming, allow bullets to penetrate walls and other barriers (hardened perk). Single Sided mesh planes do not allow 3d particles to fly through them, which is why a grenade bounces off, or bullets do not go through the ground above you rather than through.

Soz, but i dont quite understood that.. I understand some about the difference of the walls, but as far as i know u cant shoot from under the map. The Hardended Pro Perk wont help for it

Actually, I was simply explaining why you Cannot shoot from below. The Hardened Perk was just an example of how the engine handles certain exceptions where bullets would shoot through meshs/planes such as walls.

Hope that clarifies things.
