Im unbanned on my new ps3 but what if i do the data transfer again with the phat ps3 which hasnt been banned on BO but i have transfer my old banned data to the phat ps3 so will i get banned again if transfer the data please quate

You wont get banned because both PS3's have different identities and by doing data transfer thats for your data only, your numbers dont transfer with it

If you are using a new ps3 and you are transfering data then no you will not get banned because the id's of the 2 playstations are totally diffrent. So yes you will be 100% fine and will not get banned on your new system.

yes you will be ok however if you play with your hacked account you will get perma banned AGAIN on your new console

if you just transfer tha data and everything all will be fine, your PS3 has 2 different ID (serial numbers) but, if you use your hacked account on your new PS3, you WILL get banned so be carefull
