My controllers are the same i think its from linking them constantly to different PS3s i bought a new one and no problem try a reset.

I had a problem with my nades, turned out my back buttons R2 and L2 were just jammed.

I had the Same...I just opened it blows some dust away and it was fine

reset it on the back of it theres a button where reset it might help

just clean it, it worked fine after that.

Easy, you probaly got ur controller from the dollar store and the guy ripped u off xD
