If you're from US , then search for a one it's really easy to find.

Tutorial:

* Install the Map packs

* Connect your PS3 to your Laptop using FTP

Now all you need is that someone upload his act.dat file , after this you have to copy it to /dev_hdd0/home/content code/exdata/


BOOM! Load Blackops and the map packs will be activated and they will work. This is 100% true information, I've tested it on another game. I banned from BO that's why I can't post proof for Blackops or buy the map packs and upload the act.dat file.

It won't work lol because act.dat is for every psn user different lol and you have to activate it through ps store,its not like it will magically activate itself LOL

it will not work the activation is key'ed with you're console ID.
The only way i could see this working is decrypting the act.dat, then spoofing your ID to THAT ID. (act.dat)
