After Watching that video you might be able to follow this.
My Theory is that as Bajan Canadian says toward the end of the video, this easter egg is far from over. I think that these are steps of the easter egg:
1.Secure the keys - Secure the 4 Matryoshka Dolls. (The weapon as well as the mini easter egg)
2.Ascend from darkness - Turn on the Power.
3.Rain fire - Obtain All of the Power Perks (Jug, PHD Flopper), The Black Hole, Explosive Doll (Matryoshka), Both the Upgraded Ray Gun (Porters X-2), and Thundergun (Zeus Cannon) NOTE: You need 4People.
4.Unleash the horde - All Steps must be completed during Monkey Round.
5.Skewer the winged beast - Blow up the Rocket
6.Wield the fist of iron- Complete the Step shown in the Video to get the Death Machine, and Have the Sickle.
7.Raise Hell - Free Dr. Gersh Go, which angers Samantha; Raising Hell
8.Freedom - Secret Room Unlocked or No More Monkey Rounds
Remember to Do all of the steps during monkey rounds!!
