Your hacked account will most likely ( actually more than likely stay banned) be banned on a new ps3. but your main account will not. and you still keep your stats. But its gay though couldn't treyarch like have banned you temporarily for 3 months or something. I'm not saying it isn't fair but don't they believe in second chances ?
