Dont turn around. It moves you stay still and guess where your gonna drop

You used to be able to do the glitch and turn around so you could see where you were going but as Treyarch have made the glitch harder to do its usually better to 'guess' where you are going to get off (out the map, on roofs etc). With a little bit of practice you should be able to know when to jump off without needing to see where you are going.
