no no no. you can run around sniping but most likely, you won't end up positive.
to achieve kills with a sniper, you might as well camp. you are going to be outgunned 95% of the time when you are running with a sniper.

If you're sniping properly, then yes, it is camping.
Camping is sitting in one spot no matter what gun you have.

I don't look at sniping as camping, because that's what snipers are meant for.
But using a tactical insertion to spawn in the same spot while using a sniper is considered camping in my eyes..

Camping is Camping... if you sit in one spot looking for a kill, you're camping whether you have a sniper or not. Running around with a sniper rifle is definitely more of a challenge than with another gun, but it isn't hard to go positive or at least help your team (capture flag, plant bomb, etc)

Most of the time snipers are camping. It's not a big deal. Snipers are suppose to camp instead of running around doing 360's.
