You need 4ppl & certain weapons (raygun,zeus cannon,gersche devices,basllistic knife). Then you need to activate i think its 5 nodes. After you activate all 5 nodes you release the mystery man & he rewards u & the other 3ppl with death machines that last for about 1min & 30sec. Youtube "mystery man" easter egg if you want to see how you activate the nodes.

I just saw it thats cool but only for 1 min 30 sec.. thats short in my opinion ..
