When you are on the Lunar Lander and you are flying up on it, get into the crouch position as soon as you can. Before it tilts, sprint a little and jump towards the roof and you will fall onto the roof Outie

KILLERS DON'T DIE SO EASY
I find if you're not looking where the lander is going to i.e- over the building you want to drop down onto as it reaches the highest point before changing direction it will push you off.

still works for me, btw you DONT HAVE to crouch. i do it all the time standing up/crouching/laying flat, any way works for me at the same rate.

but i guess crouching is the easiest way to know when you are on the right spot.
