So today i went on my black ops account and my stats were reset. However, I was 15th prestige level 50 with 99999999 cod points. Last time i was on this account i was no prestige lvl 50 can ne one tell me whats happened?

the 99999999 cod points and 15th prestige sounds like the 15th prestige hack, so either you did the hack and your just tryna cover up or you gave your details to someone and they did the hack, either way your lucky to get reset not permanently banned from black ops severs, but either way its just a guess from me im not the smartest guy when it comes to hacking and understanding treyarch

You might want some proof of it happening like a video (probably too late now) because if you call them they will pretty much say you hacked and tried to use that as a cover-up story. Or you can tell them to look up your previous stats from the night before and how long you were on that 15th Prestige glitch, then reverted back to the original stats, maybe they wont have their panties in a bunch then :y:

Just to clarify, this is a 2nd account and not my main. I have not played on this account for over 36 days. It's an account I used to play zombies on so I didnt have randoms on my main.

Never hacked it, or glitched it. The last time I was on it, it was a level 50 none prestige.
I log on today and it loads up normally, I reach the multiplayer screen and just gives me a quick message saying stats have been reset. All my kills were wiped and such, but days played was still there and there was an extra 5 days. instead of being 1 day played its now 6 days played lol. It has bumped me up to 15th prestige and given unlimited cod points, nothing is locked either. No one has the password for this account so no one has gone on and hacked it without me knowing.

So has this happened to anyone else?

It's a glitch in the hack. After you input the proper file and do the hack, it registers as a 16th hack. But since Blackops has a firewall for its patch..once you delete it your online gets reset. With this file it creates a backup for your online stats.

The catch is though, that there is no 16th legit on blackops. So it drops you back down to 15th
