FURTHER EDIT:
Found a code for after you get the death machines and before samantha screams. This code was inbetween the code for rewarding death machines and the last line of code of samantha whispering and shaking and shit , anyways cut to the chase here it is:

My theory is just before you get the death machines throw a gersh and jump into the gersh when you are rewarded with them (You dont have to dive into a gersh to teleport) , It says about a map called cosmodrome? Dont flame im just here to try and help.....

This was literally posted days after the xbox release of Accension.. But it seems most people didn't notice as loads of people have brought it back up again...
