There is an error some where in your HDD. One thing that you could try to do is delete you save data and game data for black ops and the shutdown your system and the reload blackops.

Okay, i already deleted the patch and DLC and it was exactly the same, so i'll try deleting Saves. If this works, i'll +rep and donate many VBUX

The Save file didn't work but i done a Quick Format (under Restore PS3) and it worked fine

i used to have a very similar problem to this. What worked for me is starting my ps3 in safe mode and clicking the rebuild database option. As a precautionary measure I saved everything to an external hard drive, but to my surprise my ps3 deleted nothing. I'm not sure if this will be the case with yours, but this worked for me.
