I admit, I copied and pasted that from se7en sins... I've read it through a few times now, so I decided to make it a bit nicer (even though what you see above is the original version):

1. Call Activision at: 1-800-225-6588

2. Wait for it to go through all the options, then say "Live Agent"

3. You will be connected... and you will have to be honest

4. Say what you did (say all that you did as well, admit to everything, nothing worse will happen), tell them you understand its wrong, and explain why it is wrong. Also tell them you regret everything.

5. Ask them for help (just say "...and I was wondering if you could help me?") or ask them when (if) your ban will expire.

6. They will tell you to fill out a form or you can contact JD_2020 @ Twitter. Choose the form.

7. Give all the info and don't hesitate with any information. No further actions will be taken against your account for admitting you were wrong and admitting to other things.

8. Then, within 24-72 hours check your email and you should have a Time Frame of 24 hours to 2 weeks (up to forever) depending on TreyArch's decision, also your Server Message on Black Ops will change and have a countdown.

9. Its likely you will no longer be perma-banned, unless you are a repeat offender and it is your second ban.

10. If you are perma-banned try to work out a deal with them, be firm, but also be polite, respectful, and reasonable. Some things you could offer (possibly in a combination) would be: to be banned from the leaderboards, completely reset, given a shorter ban time, or (if you are a dirty whoring rat) you could offer up information about other hackers/boosters/modders (give them their name and gamertag, get them in trouble - be a snitch).

I suppose this would work, Treyarch should just give everyone another chance, who got banned.

Most likely will not work if you are console banned like most of us are.

Too late for PS3 users. There is no chance for us *cough*, them. None of the PS3 users pay for online, so why bother unbanning? xBox actually pays online, so MS probably told them only if it's SERIOUS perma-ban them, otherwise go with 2 week bans and what not.

I already sold my PS3, it's too ****ing gay to own a PS3 and think they got the same rights. We are the niggas of the 50's. Sorry, that's not racist, its the truth.

Took my 1 week ban and turned it into a 24 hour ban.

Didnt work for me, they just gave me the usual lexture of if you modify any game file or anything you are banned for ever and only way to play black ops is to buy a new ps3, faggot Customer support..
