I have yet to get banned but the fact that its so easy to get banned is rediculous... Some one needs to take away the ban hammer from 3arc because they are getting a bit out of hand... Its a M rated game WHY CANT OUT EMBLEMS BE M RATED AS WELL?

Only bans should be for players hacking for aimbots and godmode.

Hacking is fine but look at MW2. Simple emblem and prestige hacking turned into aimbots, Instant killstreaks, deranking, etc.

Actually, you don't technically get "banned". If you get a first offence with the emblem creator, you get a warning. If you get a second offence you get banned or suspended from using the emblem creator. So you don't exactly get "banned".
