What it is is that you rush with scout pro on close quarter combat maps e.g. summit, nuketown etc and due to scout pro's quick switching between weapons/equipment instead of reloading you switch to the weapon that the person you just killed dropped. It's ultra effective once you're used to it.

Scout pro is extremely fast and switching weapons using it is a lot faster than reloading, even with dual mags and sleight of hand on, it is a good tactic but you may suffer from losing gunfights due to lag if your connection isn't great, which is something SoH pro helps with, so this tactic isn't for everybody.

Scout pro also lets you use equipment faster so C4 is great to use with it.

It's a very effective tactic, I used it yesterday on summit HQ and raped with it.

Scout pro is so underrated
Just because everyone thinks it's only for snipers.

Not very long, the only annoying thing is you need 50 kills with your secondary while you have scout normal equipped.

What secondary would you suggest?

The hard thing for me will be the 50 one shot kills, as I never snipe in BO. I can't think of any other weapon that's 1 shot thats not a sniper

Python speed reloader or makarov extended mags.

Those are the best secondaries in my opinion.
