2- Now you need to set Original PSN to Dev PSN Go to Debug Settings-> NP Environment-> Change to "sp-int"
3- Run Cex Dex Rebug selector (it’s under Package Manager, in PS3 HDD) set it to REBUG MODE and you are spoofed.
PS: if still cant connect you may need to set "sp-int" agin.
4- Now You need to make a new account on PSN you can set everything random but the PSN ID must be the same of the account on Original PSN or COD will not load your stats (lvl,classes,ect).
5- Now you need to set on your PS3 on Internet Connection Setting as Primary DNS the LOCAL IP of you PC (192.168.XXX.XXX) and as Secondary your modem IP OR "8.8.8.8"
6- Start the my tool and make sure it's showing the right Local IP (192.168.XXX.XXX) then press OK.
And you done you can play on Black ops,MW2,COD4 on Rebug CFW

Q: Does it's UNBAN my PS3 from Black Ops
A: NO!!!
Q: Can i use it on 3.60 OFW
A: No you cant plus it's useless becouse that it's only for 3.55 REBUG CFW.
Q: I still get the Server error
A: Make sure the account that you created have not the some id of someone banned on original PSN
You need .Net Framework 3.5 at least.

Hi I have created a blog (which serves more like a website) to maintain, add, manage and share different ps3 related lists in spread sheet format please give it a look and tell me what do you think about this blog and the whole idea in general.
The reason I did this is that, although lists about everything exist, they are all scattered across different forums. So this way they can all be found in one place.
Also please contribute to the project if you think it can be useful for the scene

i noticed when you change np servers it will disable the psn account you created before

Guys, I might have a fix for this. I did this to fix it. First, change your primary address to one of these:
United Kingdom: 46.166.128.101
United States: 67.159.31.149
Now go to Debug Settings and change 'NP Environment' to 'sp-int'. Now, scroll down in Debug Settings and change 'NP Debug' to 'ON'. Now make a quick sign up account or make an account with the normal sign up, and when it asks you for your Gamer ID, put in the Gamer ID you had for the official (retail) PSN. Now sign in, and go to Black Ops multiplayer. Click on PlayStation Network, and it should say 'Connecting'. Once connected, your good to go.
Note: Remember to keep all your Network settings the same, just change the Primary DNS. And also don't forget to put NP Debug to ON if it isn't already on.
