Anyways.. trying to figure out how to fix my recent players list on black ops. When I press triangle and go over to my recent list, it says "Last met 44511 days ago" except for the very bottom person which seems to update constantly. I tried messing with the internal clock but that didn't seem to do anything. Thanks in advanced guys!

i have the same problem,like the bottom 5 ppl always update,but the rest are on last met 45,816 days ago lmao:\

I had this same problem a few days ago so what i did is i went on my PS3 and deleted all the data for black ops (not my save data/story line) Just the data from the patches. Then once u try to play black ops again it should ask u to download the most recent patch and after that ur recent player list should be fixed. Glad i could help

hey again... just tried your solution, as well as placing the people that were last seen over 44,511 days ago in my blocked players list. Still nothing has fixed it. Only the very last person is actually a "last player" all the others are still screwed up

i've had this before it was cause the date on my ps3 wasn't set.

I also set the date correctly last night... this is annoying lol

I am here to help cuz I had this issue on MW2. Black Ops shows you players met in game so you don't need it from PSN but I will tell you what worked for me.

Block everyone currently in your players met list. Then your players met list will be blank. You may then unblock them.

After you block and unblock everyone in your players met list, Black Ops recent players will show on PSN.

Have you deleted patches since you set the date correctly?
