Text Tutorial:
1.) Get Valkyrie rockets and any equipment.
2.) When you have both, alternatively press up and right on the d-pad repeatly.
3.) Repeat until you have done this 250 times, it may sound like a lot of it's not. This is to get the highest challenge in that category which is 10,000XP if you get all of them it totals to 25,000XP!

You can do it with a chopper gunner but you have to time throwing a semtex, calling in the gunner, and then dying. If timed correctly, you will still have your chopper, and +350 for using it

Oh. Also do I have to kill my self every time I want to call it in?

Pretty much. it's kinda useless but it does work. The Valk rockets one is really good, but I always end up losing my ffa's bcuz im busy hiding in a corner equipping the rockets 350 times.
