1. Get an enemy friend to get a Chopper or Gunship
2. Stand out in the open and let him shoot at you, any believe it or not, these hits count as explosions! This glitch took me about 1 minute to get the required number of survives

Throw Back Frags -

1. Yup you guessed it, get you and your friend into a FFA match
2. Mute EVERYONE but your friend
3. Find a spot and throw back his frags

Plant/Diffuse -

1. Yea unfortunately there's no simple way of doing this but its best to just get Ninja and camp next to or around the bomb and ninja defuse whenever you can.
