In a private match you can edit all the settings. Not sure how to make Wager matches though.

also for wager matches just go to community and change the search gamemode to the wager match

go into private match and choose change settings. Settings change from game mode to game mode. And no you can't play a wager match in a private match, unless you do the glitch.

Misleading title much?

You can play wager matchs by just going community>custom game modes> gametype> scroll untill you see the wager mode you want, then you click on it and can save it to your fileshare or just load it and play it once.

To make your own custom game mode you just go to private match and alter the settings, and then I think you press triangle (maybe be wrong) and you can save it to your fileshare.
