For this you will need a title or intro for your video, most have it but you just need something like this, make sure that the intro is 720p or 1080p. It can also be just some random video if you want to. Also your crappy Black Ops Video has to already be uploaded, but it may work if you didn't. You need YouTube editor as well but thats something YouTube comes with so you have that.

First, open video editor for the video that you posted. Its located here You must login or register to view this content.

Now look for your video, and the trick is that your Intro or 720p or 1080p video also has to be uploaded as well. Drag both video's together into the video editing box so that they are in the same video.

Now simply publish the video, it takes about 5 minutes and then you will see the option for 720 or 1080 HD.

Again this isn't Plasma TV quality but there is a definite difference between the original and this.
