I am almost certain that only affects you. Other players that have their Voice Volume turned all the way up can still hear you and the stupid sounds your character makes that are unneeded. Unless you are trying to portray something completely different that I am unaware of.

I do this everytime when im the last 1 in S& with my PX21's. If you didnt know this, im sorry but thats sad. Its common sense

I just blast the hell out of my 6 speaker surround sound. Never miss a single heartbeat in SND. Problem Solved

seriously i knew that too u can hear when they reload or see a nade and other stuff its pretty obvious
