I think this is as you can read below how we spawn, we just spawn out of his electricity like on kino we spawn out of teleporter electricity =D this may also be the new "dog round" so instead of level 5ish its level 1 I hope not! so watch the video and look.....

yes , he does spawn at lvl 1 , and you do not spawn from his electricity as shown in trailer he was at one time human , thus assuring that he was infected were you spawn

I think he spawns at level one just to show off. Unless he is really, really weak and it takes like 40 pistol bullets and maybe a few knifes (4 knifes = 40 pistol bullets)

I dont think he spawns at round one because it is a dev xbox/ps3.
I also so a gameplay vid where someone had an M16 Pap'ed at round 1 or something like that...

i think he's there guarding the pap and when u shoot him he comes after u

i think Hes On At Every round when i saw the video.

They say there are more ways than one to interact with him, for those who have instinct to kill him, that will work, but for those who try other stuff.....

Yeah he may be of some use to the players, i too saw he was on round 1. like someone said could be a dev thing

Maybe there is a way to be "nice" or "help" him and he gives you stuff like powerups or something....
