The first easter egg is there are 4 doors throughout the map. When you stand at any one of these 4 you will hear one of the original 4 playable characters(Dempsey, Richtofen ect..).

They will all be saying something like "let me in".
This was just cool thing I found when playing. I have no recording capabilities so if anyone wants to find them and record enjoy.

EDIT:
I just also found out that this is the beginning of a bigger easter egg. Beneath Flopper is the main door with these characters. First you have to place a fuse that is near Flopper into the door. The characters will see a light and someone trips an alarm. There are now 4 security devices on the map. I don't know the steps after this.

then blow up the generators,
find the vodca,
golden rod (one dial in the lighthouse is golden)
"steer the ship" to paradise

So, this has something to do with another easter egg, like in ascension? Great find!

lol damn u beat me just about to post this. anyone know how to get the achievement, getting the crew to paradise????

I think it's to do with what the guy above me said, it seems to be like an easter egg... like the one on ascension.

Yeah I have no way of getting video. I doubt those maps will be on the PS3 for some time especially considering the whole network problem.
