GROOM LAKE is located in nevada it is a salt flat with a military air base also known as area 51 it is also next to the nuclear testing grounds(which makes sense for black ops because it is the cold war era so maybe it fits)

The acheivment enseble cast says send the crew to paradise now this can mean 1 of 2 things
1. Your just sending them out of the cold???
2. Paradise is refered to as paradise ranch(AREA51)
