On solo buy quick revive, keep going down the floors when you turn power on go back up to the middle floor and run around the metal flooring side, where the top elevator is, then as soon as the doctor or what ever he is called arrives down your self when he is near you then shoot with the upgraded pistols, may take a few tries to do this

I haven't played FIVE in a while, but i believe u can bowie knife ontop of the computers to the right of the tele

Delete the patch, then jump onto the old table glitch. Workd for me
