I think you don't really understand how this works... Black ops = #1 selling entertainment launch of ALL TIME. That means they don't need money. It means they still think people would be interested in a new zombie map or more mp maps until mw3. Meaning anything they push out from launch on is pure profit which they'll use for their next call of duty that they've been working on. On top of that treyarch doesn't need money. They have the financial backing of activision, meaning they have a near limitless amount of funds (in terms of game development) to do whatever they want as long as activision thinks it will bring some sort of return on their investment. Welcome to business. If it can make a profit, it will be sold. Meaning some sucker kids or people who actually enjoy the game will buy them. Infinity ward has already announced they plan on having at least 3 map packs.
