Could the poster of the little boy be on of the producers son that died? I remember seeing somewhere that a developer or producers son died during the making of one of the Call of Duty sequels and the sons name was in a building out side of the map over grown, could this be him?

That was my first thought, please quote me saying what you think of it I would like some input.

i belive it was a girl that died of cancer if i remeber correctly. it was a duaghter of the team i think, thats what the teddy bears are based on.

Teddy bears are based on samantha the daughter of Dr. Maxis, who both got killed by Rictofen. Or are you on about the teddys in CoD 4 and MW2?

It was a boy who had cancer or some disease and the Grant a Wish Foundation granted the boy a visit to Treyarch studios. The studio decided to put him in the game in an act of commemoration.

That's pretty interesting, I just found it odd they put an actual picture in the game.
