Have YOU ever wanted to stay in great shape even though you dont have time to work out because of call of duty?

Here's a way you can do that!


Did you know that every time you play CoD theres a 1 minute Break after every game? Of course you didn't know that because you are too into the game.

Anyways, what i'm trying to say is that you have ONE MINUTE to do whatever you want!

In that one minute you can DO PUSHUPS!!

I reccomend you to do push ups or sit ups every post/pre - game lobby!

Here are some people that have done this:

SoB 1: This is great! I can finally lose weight!

Sob 2: Yes! i lost 1 pound!

SoB 3: ... There was a minute pre game lobby??
