When i killed george my friend was using dragonuv and he got a death machine. I dont see this working tbh and the only possible way is to do the easter egg.
But if you get proof then that will change my opinion

This happen to me to, but I was almost done doing the Easter egg. So I decided to kill George and he dropd a wouderwaffle.

If you have the Ensemble Cast achievement george will drop the waffe every time solo or co-op if you only have stand in you'll only get it in solo

george drops it every single time with me its great for using it

I got it in co-op without doing the easter egg

i always kill hiim with a scavanger and get the wunderwaffe so i think it is how many people are in your game
i ALWAYS get it n solo and today i got it in 2 player (online) but i can remember i got the death machine in 3 player
