Once they turn their Xbox off, does it go away? At least that was how it was with the Black Ops beta.

Otherwise, nobody would pay for map packs on Xbox. They would just do this from their friends.

no becuase when u do the liecence transfer it makes your xbox the owner of my account and will stay on your xbox for good the maps and no sir it woudnt go away

When you license transfer, you keep it 4evs I think, although if you just recover their account, you would need to keep logging into their account to play them.
