This is one reason i dont want an xbox (but im still getting one) is every game gets hacked at least ps3 gives a fair advantage

Your saying every Xbox game get's hacked? Maybe, but take a look at previous events with the PS3.. No system is or ever can be secure.

He's referring to the games itself, not the system. Xbox games are generally cracked, hacked and modded more.
