Your not being specific enough.
For ps3 the only way that you could get the Unbound clan tag wich is "{@@}" on B.O was getting the hacked 15th eboot.bin and making a new account but you would get banned instantly.

And For the "COD" clan tag was just putting "C(OD" and the "(" would dissaper applying "COD" wich is forbidden.
