Its just if you don't install the map pack via PSN . For instalation used a transfert data utility 3.55 CFW to 3.66 OFW . just the Activation via PSN.
Run the download Map Pack via Psn.You can see Avtivation after the download run , press O
and your Map Pack is activate...

ps: the map pack is not free ,you have buy map pack

I just install this on CFW ps3 then data trnafer to my main PS3 yes ?

I don't have the file act.dat , but i have the file .rif ...
you have to buy the map pack , for playing map pack ...
