(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I watched this video he said if you do the easter egg four times everyone has all the perks permanently... but what happens if you do it five times?

When everyone has the meteor, the radio that restarts the easter egg never spawns so the limit is 4 times

You can't do this 5 times, after 4 times the radio does spawns however, it does not turn on. So limit is 4 times.
