It's a huge gamble. When you go into lobbies you must be extremely cautious. Don't go 0-50 every game, get a few kills. And don't stay in a Pre-Game lobby, but join a game thats already in progress. And keep switching lobbies after every game so they don't check your combat record. If it's Treyarch thats manually doing the bans, then it's up to luck. (But i doubt it since quite a few people did it and I don't think they have the time to ban every single one of them).
