(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Here is the solution for the 80028C0B error you people are getting use this in combination with You must login or register to view this content. THIS IS STRICTLY ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVENT BEEN ON PSN AND ARE ON REBUG :

First, go to the PSN website and create a PSN account, if you already have one then you can skip this step.

Now open up registry editor and do the following before proceeding:

Rrun xRegistry Editor on your PC.Open the xRegistry.sys on the USB.Click the settings tab to sort and widen the settings tab so you can see the directories completely.Scroll thru until you see the name of the new user you created in the VALUE column. When you find that make note of the directory in the settings column. It will be setting/user/0000000x/.....(x is a number) This is the user number for the account you created. We will only make changes to this user so make sure you get the number for the new account correct.

Now that you know the user number scroll until you see setting/user/0000000x/npaccount/accountid. On the right change the VALUE to 486cc1ba7d05141b Click save and verify it changed in the VALUE column.

Once you are done the above steps, without closing the editor, find this:

/setting/user/*your account number*/npaccount/loginid

Click on it, and in the value tab, write your PSN email. Write it exactly as you made it, this means all caps should be there if there are any. Click save.

Now find this:

/setting/user/*your number here*/npaccount/password

Click on it, and in the value tab you should write in your PSN account password. Now click save.

Find this:

/setting/user/*your number*/ytaccount/password

Click on this and write in your PSN account password. Click save.

Finally find,
setting/user/0000000x/net/onlineFlag

If the value is set to 00000000, change it to 00000001. This flag gets set to 00000001 the first time that user goes on PSN. I don't see any reason it won't work.
