(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Whenever I'm in a game its like there is multi coloured squares etc all over the map and sometimes my ps3 freezes because of this, anyone know how I might be able to fix this or will I need to buy a new disk?

hmmmm.....i also had this problem about a month ago. just assumed it was a bad patch or somthing lol hmmm make sure ur cd is smudge free and if your using hdmi make sure both ends are plugged in nice and snug. if your cd is totaly wrecked....then gotta buy a new one or take it to a local game store and see if they can run it through there scratch remover machine.

i had the blocky multi colors in the middle of the sumit loading screen and on some player cards when i watched kill cams

well thats good lol. try unplugging it and cleaning out the ports and what ever cord you use av jacks or hdmi. if the problem proceeds try cleaning out your ps3 with air duster if you cant get any do the "fan test" or what ever people call it now. ppl say it hurts the ps3 but i doubt it. ive done it one time to get dust off the fans from not touching the ps3 for a month or 2. and now that i think about it it was around the time i did that i stoped noticing the problems....may be caused by dest causing static on the internal hardware

no point to buy a new game if the one u got is fine lol clean everything and mess with the video settings before you spend money on a solution that may not work lol
