Do a barrel roll!
Create a XBL Party and invite the person you're giving it to.
Create a black ops party and invite him to that aswell.
Search for a Search & Destroy match and a menu should come up saying ''Party chat prohibited, switch to game chat YES/NO''
Tell your partner/friend to stay on the menu and dont do anything.
Back out to the party and then tell your friend to select ''NO'' and join your session.
If done correctly, your friend/partner should have the same emblem & background as you, they need to change the background so the emblem can stick.

Well it doesnt work for PS3, it defo works on xbox though.

you could try it I guess... I dont think it works on PS3 as you dont get partys.

Haha yea, I saw a clan with the same emblem but in diff colours, It was pretty cool. me and a few friends have the same one btu in diff colours, I'm the green one
