BUT now my veteran save game is gone, so IF I played that I selected in the main menu a mission on veteran without new game, will I get veteran trophies?
I heard there is a glitch with these trophies, I don't wanna waste time :\.

there is a glitch with these trophy's, Not Today and Burn Notice didn't pop for me i had to do 1 of the missions from each trophy again before they popped and yeah i think you would get them because thats how i did the veteran trophy's (by selecting the mission) i didn't start a new game on veteran difficulty
