Two words: First Amendment.
Don't tell us what to do. Glitches are for fun, not for getting to super high levels. People use it to get up on the leaderboards but only to brag where as you could brag even more if you could get that high legit. I honestly like treyarch patching zombies glitches. I know it won't happen, but it would be cool if when MW3 comes out, there were no glitches and no hacks. This, though impossible, would be awesome. At least don't glitch online in my opinion.

Youtube was started in California. Therefore, no matter where you are, you can't stop someone from uploading a video (legally). It can be taken down, but it cannot be stopped from uploading, due to the first amendment.
