And after he did it he said Don't Play Search and Destroy or Capture the Flag until you have 1 Day Time Played or you will get banned. Can someone tell me if this is true or not because I really would like to play Search and Destroy because it's my favorite game type for Black Ops.

yes this is true , if you play those 2 game modes your scope per minute will be 10000000000000000000000 and will result in a ban

How do you do the glitch? also can It be done on xbox?

Go and look at the all time leaderboards for s&d right now.. The top 30 have done the reset glitch and thier score per minute is insane.. Look at thier combat record, it is all there, its easy pickens for 3arc... That is how u get banned.. if u are leaderboard banned then u have nothing to worry about.. From what I heard, is, that u have to do the glitch in a gamemode that u never played in.. I do not know how true that is.. But think about it, if u are in s&d doing the reset glitch, u are resetting ur days play in that game mode to 0.. so if u have played a shit load of s&d prior to doing the glitch, that means u have scored alot of points in s&d right.. So now ur scores will b based on 0 days played in s&d, which is why everyone's score per minute is insane, and different.. ur all time score in s&d based on 0 days played = insane score per minute, which = ban and reset!!

Cool, Thanks for the Info, and I've tryed playing S& and all of a sudden I got to rank like 20 LOL and when my hours went up my rank started going down even though I did well in the game of Search and Destroy.
